At B2M Style (b2mstyle.com), we want you to love your purchase. If a man’s shirt or woman’s top doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we are here to help. Our return and exchange process is straightforward and transparent.

By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.

1. Policy Window (7-Day Return/Exchange)

  • You can request a return or an exchange within 7 days from the date the package was delivered to your address.
  • Requests received after the 7-day window will unfortunately not be accepted by our system.

2. Conditions for a Valid Return & Exchange

To ensure your return or exchange is approved, the apparel must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: The item must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear, stains, sweat, deodorant marks, or fragrances.
  • Tags Intact: All original brand tags, size labels, and barcodes must remain attached to the garment exactly as received.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging bag/box.

Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased during special clearance flash sales, “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” blowout offers, or marked explicitly as “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Raise a Request: Visit the Return Center link in our website footer or email us at returns@b2mstyle.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return/exchange.
  • Upload Images: If you are claiming a size mismatch or defect, please attach 2–3 clear pictures of the garment.
  • Approval Notification: Once our team reviews your request, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions regarding the reverse pickup.

4. Reverse Pickup & Shipping (India)

  • Free Reverse Pickup: We offer complimentary reverse pickup across most pin codes in India. Our courier partner will make up to 3 pickup attempts. If the pickup fails after 3 attempts, the return request will be automatically closed.
  • Self-Shipping Exception: In rare cases where your pin code is unserviceable for reverse pickups, we will request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse via a reliable local courier (like Speed Post or BlueDart). We will reimburse you up to ₹100 as store credit upon sharing the courier receipt.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We maintain strict quality checks, but mistakes can happen.

  • If you receive a torn, defective garment, or the completely wrong item/size, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: We highly recommend filming a short video while opening your delivery package. This serves as undeniable proof to help us process immediate replacements for transit-related damages.

6. Refund Timelines and Methods

Once the returned shirt or top reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a mandatory quality check. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via the following channels:
